this girl didnt need all those surgeries to be cute. why the hell are people doing this? and why the hell does doctors DO this kind of shit on people who dont need it. i think its ok for someone who had an accident or a malformation. but most of the time, its not the case.

Does it really matter if you think it’s OK or not, though? She probably feels better about herself after having this done. Whether or not her appearance was actually the root cause of her insecurity, she found a way to address it and she did.

My feelings on plastic surgery aside, pretty impressive results — most people who get that amount of surgery look really fucked up afterwards.
